Entertainment, shows, or local folklore every evening at the camp.
A deposit of 50% is required upon registration, with the balance due by March 10, 2025, at the latest.

Regulations and Equipment List​

– A riding helmet: It is mandatory for the rally.
– A cap or hat for sun protection.
– A bandana, scarf, or head wrap to protect the neck or face from dust and the sun.
– A pair of high-protection sunglasses.
– A hat or balaclava to wear in the evening…

– Thermal underwear can be cold in April.
– Cotton t-shirts + long-sleeved shirts (for sun protection) or technical, quick-drying fabric t-shirts.
– 1 lightweight fleece or equivalent.
– 1 warm fleece or equivalent for the evenings.
– 1 warm jacket (waterproof and breathable).

– 2 pairs of riding breeches or long leather chaps.
– 1 spare pair of trousers (hiking pants, jeans, or equivalent).
– Cotton or non-chaffing synthetic underwear.

– 1 pair of lightweight walking shoes (essential for walking), with chaps or boots with mini-chaps specifically for horseback riding.
– 1 pair of lightweight shoes for the evening.
– Several pairs of socks.
– 1 pair of gloves to protect from the sun, cold, and friction.

– Soothing cream for sensitive areas irritated by long hours in the saddle.
– In your jacket or waist pack: lip balm, sunscreen, passport, small camera or mini camera (waterproof), sunglasses…

– Nights during April can still be a little Chilly. A warm pair of pijamas is recommended.

– Headlamp (spare batteries).
– Toiletries.
– A Swiss knife or equivalent (to be placed in checked luggage).
– Camera (with a spare battery).
– Binoculars, if desired.
– Hot water bottle

As a precaution, please indicate if you have any allergies in your kit).
– Personal medications (paracetamol etc…)
– 1 broad-spectrum antibiotic.
– Anti-diarrhea medication.
– Vitamin C.
– High-protection sunscreen for lips and skin.
– Eye drops.
– After-sun moisturizing cream.
– A roll of bandage tape.
– A box of plasters
– Pre-moistened disinfectant wipes.
– Mosquito repellent cream and spray.
– Compeed for blisters.

– Participants must register before the specified deadline.
– Each rider must provide the necessary documents along with their signed registration form.

– For those bringing their own horse – the horse must be in good health and have appropriately fitting saddle and bridle.
– Riders must wear a safety helmet and suitable clothing.

– The course will be clearly defined with way points.
– Participants must follow the established course and adhere to all instructions.

– Veterinary inspections will be carried out before, during, and after the rally to ensure the well-being of the horses.

– Riders must adopt respectful behaviour towards other participants and staff.
– No form of mistreatment towards the horses will be tolerated.

– A time limit will be set to complete the rally. Participants must adhere to this limit.

– Rewards will be given based on performance, the horse’s health, and sportsmanship.

– The organizer reserves the right to cancel the rally in case of adverse weather conditions
or other unforeseen circumstances. (see refund policy)

– In the event of cancellation by the organizer for reasons beyond the control of the participants (extreme weather conditions, etc.),
the registration fees will be fully refunded.
– If a participant must cancel their participation for legitimate reasons (illness, family emergency, etc.),a partial or full refund
will be considered at the discretion of the organizer, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the costs incurred.

– Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizer.
– For participant cancellations, legitimate proof may be required to consider the request.

– In the event of total cancellation of the event, the organizer commits to informing the participants as soon as possible and coordinating refunds fairly.

1. By participating, riders acknowledge having read the rules and accept the conditions.
2. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. Participants are responsible for their own insurance.
4. Participants must pay a 50% deposit upon registration and settle the remaining balance by the specified dates.
5. Participants must provide the required documents along with the registration form.
